Terms And Conditions

Basis of sale - The seller shall sell and the buyer shall purchase the goods in accordance with the seller’s written or verbal quotation (if accepted by the buyer) at the time the order is placed or purchase is made. Any advice given by the seller or its employees in regards to the application, storage or use of any goods, is followed entirely at the buyers' own risk. The seller shall not be liable for any problems that arise due to incorrect installation of any goods supplied. The seller retains the right to make any changes to clerical, typographical or any other error in any sales literature, price list, quotation, invoice or information issued by the seller and shall not liable in any way.

Checks Prior To Fitting - Tiles must be checked before installation. Shade varies from tile to tile, and from batch to batch. If you have any issue with the tiles, we cannot take any action or accept any responsibility after the tiles have been installed. Fixing of the tiles means that the tiles have been accepted, so no refunds or replacements will or can be offered.

Customer Returns Policy

In the event that one of our customers requires sending stock back to us for a refund the following will apply:

Our customers can cancel an order at any time before it has been despatched by either: Emailing kstradeinteriors@outlook.com or calling our sales office

We would like our customers to contact our sales office prior to returning any goods to obtain a returns/collections note by either Emailing kstradeinteriors@outlook.com or calling our sales office

You may return goods that have not been used and are still held by us as current stock for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, providing that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The goods are in original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re sale.

  • A copy of the returns/collection note is attached to the goods.

Where the goods are returned as described above (not damaged) a restocking charge of 25% applies. The risk and cost of returning the goods shall be at the buyers cost. 

The company will examine the goods on return and once deemed to be in a resaleable condition a credit will be processed. Unless otherwise notified by the company the price of the goods will be refunded less any restocking, delivery and/or any collection charges.

Original delivery charges will not be refunded. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of the return.

Special orders - items that have been specifically ordered for customers specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.

Damage during transit / Shortfall of goods - The buyer shall inform the seller immediately if any of the goods have been damaged during haulage, or there is any shortfall in the order; by noting this on the delivery note provided by the haulage contractor. The seller will only replace damaged tiles if the total amount is greater than 5% of the total order. Photographic evidence of any damage will be required to aid with any insurance claim against the haulage contractor. In the event that damages have occurred, the delivery note MUST be signed for as “damaged”. No claims can be entered into unless this is complied with.

Consignments - Delivery costs will be provided at the time of purchase and will form part of the purchase price. Delivery charges vary depending on postal codes. All consignments are delivered on pallets. Each pallet has a limit of 1000kg. If the total weight of an order is above 1000kg, the remaining items will be allocated to one or more pallets. Each pallet incurs an individual charge. Charges are calculated using the delivery service requested, plus any additional services (Timed and Saturday delivery). Due to numerous factors, we will only provide estimated delivery dates, although we use all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods at the time specified. Our carrier will typically call you on the day of delivery to make arrangements for the delivery of your goods.

 

Fixing Products and Installation - Any advice given by us or our staff relating to fixing products and installation is given in good faith. Advice should be used as a general guide only, as we have not carried out a survey of the place of installation and cannot therefore be sure that our advice is correct. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct fixing products and sealants for the environment in which (and in particular the surface upon which) the goods will be installed. We recommend that you take advice from a professional fitter.
We do not offer an installation service and it is your responsibility to ensure a professional fitter carry's out your installation. We strongly recommend that you take up independent references.
We cannot therefore be responsible for the manner of installation of the goods or for damage caused during or arising out of installation.
